ABOUT THE COMPLETING STREETS WORK GROUP

Our group last met in September 2016, when over 25 stakeholders addressed concerns regarding the City of Los Angeles' new Sidewalk Repair Program. Two of the resounding themes were: (1) how do we "build a constituency" and (2) what are our concrete policy next steps? This meeting will help to answer those questions, with guests from the LA Mayor's Office (Ted Bardacke, Jennifer Pope), Bureau of Engineering (Steve Chen), and the Department of Disability (Nicole Willett and Geoffrey Straniere).
